KALAMATA

Kalamata originates from Greece and is the best table olive in the world for black processing.

The fruit is medium to large (4-6g) with excellent flavour and texture. Kalamata gives constant yields when planted with the right pollinator.

When grafted on DA121, Kalamata will grow successfully in most soil types.

FS 17 CULTIVAR

This new cultivar produced by I.R.O - C.N.R in Perugia, is a clonal seedling from the Frantoio cultivar.

Low in vigour (dwarfing), completely self fertile, early producing with high yields. Fruit is small to medium (2-4g) with very small pip, high oil percentage and quality with early oil accumulation.

Suitable for high densities (1000 trees/ha) and mechanical harvesting.
