Black Olive Paste & Green Olive Paste

Morgenster black and green olive pastes are produced from choice olives, to ensure a rich olive aroma and piquant flavour. The olives are processed in exactly the same way as table olives, Once they are cured, they are pitted and crushed to produce the olive paste. The totally natural olive paste contains no preservatives. Ingredients are: - black or green olives, cold pressed extra virgin olive oil and a little sea salt.
