Olive Oil Products

There are different tiers to the grades of olive oils; from extra virgin to pomace oil and each have their own uses and health benefits.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Made from the first pressing (or cold pressing) of the olives, and uses no chemicals, extra virgin olive oil is the best olive oil in terms of good health promotion and a fit lifestyle. Extra Vvirgin olive Ooil is also recommended for reducing the effects of alcohol.

Virgin Olive Oil

Virgin olive oil is made from the second pressing of the olives and the left over pulp, and without chemical treatment. It's heavier than extra virgin, but also has similar health aspects.

Pure Olive Oil

The remaining olive pulp is processed once more, this time with special chemicals to extract the remaining juice from the skins and 'meat' of the olives. Virgin olive oil is added to give it more flavour.

Pomace Oil

Basically the same as pure olive oil, except no virgin oil is added. This oil in the production of fuel and soap.

Blended Oil

Like wine, a variety of olive oils can be blended together to form a fusion of flavours. Getting the correct oils in the correct quantities is just as complex as with wine, and our olive oil recipes are a well guarded secret.

Lemon Enhanced Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Our lemon olive oil recipe is a well guarded family secret. A perfect compliment to seafood and poultry, the oil is a precise blend of olive oil and natural lemon extracts.
