Green & Black Table Olives

We produce three types of table olives at Morgenster, the Kalamata (black), Black and Nocellara Del Belice (green) varieties.

Kalamata olives are the best black table olive cultivar in the world. The fleshy olive with small pip and distinctive flavour makes it a sought after variety.

The Black olives are predominantly a cultivar called Moresca, but they could be any number of different cultivars as they are not labelled as a particular cultivar.

Nocellara Del Belice originate from Sicily and are the best green table olive in Italy. They have a crisp texture with a creamy, nutty taste.
